Poor and really disgusting online supporr

I have been calling your online since Saturday and up until today no one is giving an answer to my problem.what kind of service are you giving customers?A guy by the name of daluxolo promised to call me with an update yesterday at 4 and guess what am still waiting even today and please Makro don't send me the automated message that you will be in contact with me soon because you have failed to do so. I need an online manager to call me. I have been on the line today for almost 15minutes no help at all
