poor and low standard displayed by makro

I places an order on the 26 ot September 2024, promised that is would be delivered in two days it's been 6 days now. Still waiting for my monthly groceries to arrive can't even afford to buy any more me and my baby have been surviving on soft porridge for almost 6 days now so you can imagine the inconvenience and impact makro has played over my household.

I've contacted makro call centre and the agency couldn't give me any informed respond about my but a reference number to the call. The email is not working. Please help me at this point I need a hero.

Makro is silent about my order it's been over ten days, my order or refund of my money nothing has been commented to me. Please guys advise me on the next step from here. Someone Please..!!
