Poor and Bad Service.

Bought something online on the 13th of December. Paid it the same day. The last E mail I got from them was on the 17th of December saying my Parcel will be deliverd on the 18th of December. Today is the 20th of December and nothing was Deliverd. The Waybill is also not showing on the Courier Service side. Waybill could not be found? I think this is very Poor and Bad Service. Think twice before buying something online from MAKRO.
