Poor and bad customer service

I bought the coffee table from Makro online,when I received the product it was not build I had to build to look like the way it is advertised on the website and the worse part was there was no manual to follow in the package and the *****s were missing and it has scratches also,I notified Makro about the problems and they said they will come and collect,they sent the courier and courier refused to collect it as the product is fragile I phoned Makro and notified them about situation and they said they will see what they can do,I received the call from one of the stuff member that he told me that I must put back the product thst was inside I explained to the guy that it was rapped by plastic and I had to cut it to take out product,the guy said he can’t help me if I don’t have the box and he hang up the call and told me that he can’t help me,I tried to call back they keep on hanging up my calls o phoned call centre to try to get to the manager was told that there is no way I can’t reach to the manager,I am very upset with this kind of services and false advertising as there was no way in their website that the product advertised doesn’t come out like that needs to be build I need this to be sorted or refund me please
