Poor Aftersales Service From Makro

I purchased a portable speaker from Makro online on the 9th of December 2020.

On the 11th of December, the product was delivered via Dawn Wing couriers. I unpacked the speaker and found the speaker damaged.

I Immediately called Makro online support and was advised to take it back to the nearest Makro store. I did so only to advise me that it needs to be done via the online department.

I called online support once again and collection of the damaged product was arranged. A few days later the speaker was collected only to be returned a few days later still damaged.

I have to date not received any assistance or explanation for the bizarre situation.

Makro does not care about their customers therefore does very little to resolve issues like this.
