Poor after service

What a terrible after service from Makro Woodmead, since last week Monday (25 July 2022) I have been calling everyday to get some assistance, the employees keep taking my details to log a call for me but nothing get done.

I bought a Defy washing machine from Makro Woodmead, the machine has stopped working, I have been calling the store to get the technician to come check the machine.

Its over a week already, and no technician has been assigned to come check the machine. Everytime I call, I get told the call has been log and I will receive an sms confirming that an agent has been assigned to look at my machine. Am yet to receive any confirmation. It's over 48 hours that I was told about as SLA.

The service is very poor and am very annoyed at how this has been handled, I mean I call the store almost every day just to get a call/ticket logged.
