Poor after saloes support Makro Woodmead

Hi. We purchased a Pool Cleaner, Kreepy Krauly from Makro Woodmead, approximately 4 weeks ago. The unit stopped working after a week. We then put it back into its original packing and requested Makro to refund our monies, or to give us a replacement. They refused. They then booked the unit in for the manufacturer to take a look. The unit left Makro 3 weeks later after we booked it in. Tried to contact the manager today, with no luck. Terrible service from Makro, we will not purchase another appliance from them again.
