Poor after sales service

I recently sent in a review regarding my TV which was sent in on an extended warranty over a month ago. I received a reply that it was being looked into and that due to having an extended warranty, that it would be addressed as a matter of urgency. Another week with no resolution. I have called the Amanzimtoti branch where I purchased it, three times only to be told "they would call me back" with an answer. Once again poor after sales service by Big Franchises in SA
