Poooooooor service ever
I logged a return for a faulty printer a month ago. I was never attended till now. I have been doing follow ups with no response.The item is not even 6months old but already giving problem. Not buying from this shop ever again.

30 Jul 2024, 09:45Your online shop is just ridiculous. It shows that lead time for delivery is 2 days, but when you call the customer care to follow up. They tell you about 2 to 5 working days. Shouldn't you be transparent with the lead time for delivery so your clients know?When you calling the Bloemfontein landline there is always no one to answer the phone even management. We love buying from this shop and buying online saves our time,but you always fail us. My new order number is MAK***. on the issue of the faulty printer. The Bloemfontein team has not yet reached out to me.
