Pointless buying from Makro

So, after about 2 weeks of fighting, Makro resolved my refund and gave me an online coupon for the trouble. Thinking well, okay, let order and use that coupon and order some things. So ordered a few items, app**** the coupon and paid the balance. Everything's good now right? WRONG! the store had less stock than expected, so they cancelled some items off the order and refunded me a partial amount of the actual refund, since they took the coupon, split it over the products, then cancelled some products and only refunded the paid contribution. I am beyond annoyed again, here I'm given a coupon and then I lose 35% of the coupon. Sent an email last week Thursday, and still waiting for the branch to contact me.
