Pleasure to shop

Yesterday I went to Makro Centurion to buy staff gifts as I saw online that Makro had a promo on 12 can cooler bags which was perfect for the gift idea. I needed 8 of these bag in the three different colors. On my way to the camping department I was greeted by every staff member whom was not already busy assisting a customer, with saying this the store was busy and full of customers and still the costumer service was above average.

When I got to the camping department I was helped by a very friendly man Jocob. He went out of his way to get me 8 cooler bags from the storeroom that is still in plastic, he then walked with me to the closest scanner without hesitation to check that all the colors are on promotion as the price tag in front of the bag only said the blue color bag was at a lower price.

I was so delighted with the great service in this very busy store and will defiantly return to the store in future.
