PLEASE WATCH WHEN MAKING PURCHASES THROUGGH MAKRO ONLINE APP

I have purchased an epson L3256 printer from makro online app, When I started experiencing problems and tried contacting them to log a complain online it waas not going through. I tried taking my printer to a makro store near me, I had such terrible service and attitude from staff members of the return department at amanzimtoti store. ItS been 2months that my printer is going back and forth to the supplier, I have lost business in 2 months and still not got any satisfaction from them as i am still awaiting the same printer back
