PLEASE TO ALL NEVER USE MAKRO ONLINE!!!

After purchasing items online and providing proof of payment Makro once again strike again with no stock available. It is now going on 7 weeks and still no refund. Firsts they say we will be refunded with in 7 working days. After waiting 7 days we contacted them and they tell us we now need to provide proof of payment even though they received and confirmed the eft. How does a company confirm prof of payment was received for an order from me then tell me they need proof of payment?? So we sent through proof of payment after talking to multiple people and when we look into it again they tell us they need prof of payment again????
