PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY MAKRO

To Whom It May Concern

Kindly assist I bought a braai stand on Makro Online and it was delivered on the 31 August 2023 around 16:h00, on very same day I log return for refund because it didn't cater my expectations.

The braai stand was collected on the 07 September 2023 around 10:30, since than I never received any communication from Makro. Please give an update on the matter.
