please refund me

So, I purchased an item online 28 NOVEMBER 2019 and it wasn't what I expected(not same dimensions) so I returned it to the Makro Alberton store in December 2019 expecting a refund. instead the lady gave me a receipt saying that it will be refunded into my account within 5 working days . I then, weeks later (Today) called Thobile at the store and she mentioned that there is no request for refund on the system and she will communicate with online department as the lady that helped me with the return at the branch Failed to inform online department to refund me. I just want my money back , nothing further.
