Please people try onecart shopping app instead of Makro they deliver on time and good customer services

Have ever purchased something only to be told that your order is being processed,out of curiosity you decide to call the customer service only to be told that the same story over and over again ,I will try and escalate it .Just empty promises.That us Makro quick at taking money but slow or reluctant at rendering services.I think this is my last text before we take this to another round. It is the 25 Juni still i don’t know about the whereabouts of my order ,my status reads in progress,the customer services at Makro keep telling me the same story I will try and escalate.I would like Makro to give me a concrete explanation about the whereabouts of my order *** and this time round keep the story I will try and escalate it ,tell me when must I revceive my order .Yes that’s is the real issue with these people .
