PLEASE PAY BACK MY MONEY IN FULL. MAKRO

I ordered 2 headboads from makro and i received them in a bad condition mold and broken and i ask them to collect them and they did. And then they just decided that they need to refund my money of which i didn't want to get a refund.when they refund only for one headboard without informing me that they are not gving my money in full and no one did help me from then as im still waiting for makro to pay my outstanding amount.

Makro i need my money back please and im really tired of calling your customer care where i dont get enough help. Total payment was 2798 please pay back my money which was duducted on 15-02-23
