please help!!!

Bought a Samsung 3305FW(model: clx3305fw/xa. S/N: z8b6b8gdce002nj) 4 in 1 printer from makro in Port Elizabeth on the 10/06/2014. With the toner we spend R5297.00 in makro on that day. The sales assistant assured us the printer is one of the best on the market at the moment and no complaints have been received from customers. The printer came with a 2 year warranty and we walk away very happy.<br> We also went and bought more than R5000 of toner from our local Kooperasie.. They placed a special order just for us because they do not stock the toner we where looking for. <br> In July 2015 the printer was not printing clearly and after a few days no ink was showing in the paper. After changing the toner we send the printer back to makro in Port Ellizabeth. <br> Makro the send the printer to VR Electronic.Makro repair note *** job number vrm8831<br> Makro send us a repair cost of R3033.30. Due to ink spillage inside the printer we can not repair under Samsung Warranty. The 2 year warranty means nothing if makro does not tell you ink spillage will not be covered.
