Please dont shop with Makro Online

Let's make Makro famous! It's 21 days since I first alerted Makro of my problem with no resolution. I'm trying to return a Keter product of poor quality but due to what comes down to really poor customer service I'm unable to get this right. I've contacted Makro numerous times via multiple channels with no meaningful outcome. This should be a standard return that has turned into an unpleasant experience.
