Please don't purchase Online only offers on the Makro website!

After a glitch on the Makro online site, my order was placed and paid for twice (duplicate order). One of the products is from a online vendor. I have been struggling for WEEKS to get the product returned as I was turned away at the store when I tried to return the duplicate. I have phoned, emailed, logged a return. I even tried communicating with the external supplier/vendor just to be told that I have to log a return via Makro. I do a lot of business with Makro, but will most definitely rethink this from now onwards. I also did not want to write this review but what other options do I have if I have done more than my fair share as a customer for a mistake on their side.
