Please don’t buy from makro online !!!!!

Never buy from makro online I did an online order for a laptop and makro canceled my order due to stock unavailability, and they also processed the refund on 24 April but still nothing from their side. They keep on apologizing for he inconvenience caused and they not replying any of my emails. They told me that their finance department has a bad lock and of which I must get a new laptop for my upcoming exams. Makro it’s a big brand for nothing it’s useless and don’t know how to keep their customers with good satisfaction!!
