PLEASE Do not buy from Makro!

I have been making contact with Makro for days now with a number of customer service reps who cannot tell me where my order is as they are waiting to hear back from a supplier. They have escalated my case 4 times with a number of promises that a manager would get back to me to help resolve the issue. after days not a single phone call from any one at Makro, It is a genuine shame that their service is so poor with the arrival of Amazon in SA.
