plastic in sausage

On the 25th September we purchased bulk sausage from makro in montague gardens. Returning home we decide to make boerewors rolls for supper. Whilst having supper my 3 year old says mom there is something yucky in my mouth, i proceed to say just eat your food sweetie pie, again she says its something yucky mom and pulls out a piece of plastic which is approximately 10cm, my daughter could of choked on this plastic as its basically bigger than her little mouth. I have proof of everything,receipt, photos and the actual plastic. I am very disgusted in the fact that plastic has been found in their sausage, i have had a problem before where sausage was rotten, Its very disappointing as we spend thousands at this store and more than 2 incidents occurred.
