Pick-pocketed for my mobile phone in Makro springfield

I have just walked into this store and was pickpocketed by staff and laid a complaint with the person I was told is the Risk manager Nkanyiso Maphalala who promised to view footage and give me feedback however after me calling him a number of time he rudely called back and said he is too busy to worry about it and he went thru the footage just to see me entre and could not see anything else because it could have been a blind spot what nonsense we support such a well-recognized business that doesn't care about the safety of the customers who pay their salaries but support and employee ******* to be sales assistance. my phone was taken from my pocket from the aisle by 1 of the staff that I asked for assistance and makro management is so laid back and not even calling back today I called thru and spoke to a rude lady who refused to give me any of the managers to speak to or a number that i could contact them on the rude lady by the name of Avasha refuses to even give me her name and tells me that she is from the switchboard so does that mean that she does not know who employed her or who does she report to. after me calling her again and telling her to read hello peter then I receive a call back why only when I have to query this its been 24hours with no proper feedback and not even given the chance to see the footage because everything is now under the carpet and evidence can disappear. Makro Springfield is a no go, zone guys, its the first time in history I've seen this happen and it's unacceptable.
