PENSIONERS DISCOUNT A COMPLETE F****!

MAKRO CUSTOMER CARE - you don't even deserve a 1 rating!!! 4 Emails trying to resolve a problem and all you do is nothing???? 20/3/26 my first email setting out my experience at Makro Gonubie. I have a Pensioners Card and am supposed to get a 10% discount. I submitted my till slip showing NIL DISCOUNT GIVEN. I received a reply that you have referred it to Gonubie. Branch. 3 more emails to you and still no reply. 26 March and I am still waiting. Useless! You could honestly learn from Game. Dont advertise to Pensioners a 10% discount and then take it back. We get messed around enough.
