Pensioner "Discount"
I am complaining on behalf of my mother who is a pensioner. She was made to believe that she will receive a pensioners discount on very Tuesday at Makro. She is over 70 year old and assistance to understand something. I looked at her receipt and she received no discount. I have also noticed other people complaining about this and seems like it is a trend. On phoning makro to assist only to be told that they must have incorrectly loaded her on the system. This is misrepresentation as I believe she has bought a few times on a Tuesday. Yet I dont see the discounts. What is going on? Does she qualify for the discount or not? How will this be fixed?
