Pensioner Denied Discount

I hate going to Makro. I avoid it for the most part a there is always drama. Today my mother asked me to take her to Makro so she could buy things for herself. I anticipated drama and, unfortunately, was proven right. My mother was denied he pensioners discount even though she paid with her own debit card because she does not have her own Makro card. She can barely see to do anything and getting a Makro card is a mission impossible: ask me, I only have a virtual one. My mother has been over charged now by at least R400. I hope Makro is happy keeping the R400 instead of giving it to an eighty-six year old pensioner. That is so good for your public image and makes me even more eager to shop at Makro.
