Pensioner day light *******

My dad is a pensioner last year he bought a an LG 55 inch smart TV from Makro and paid in full. When he asked about the delivery because hw wanted aomwomw to set it up as well the salesman advised him to use his own transport when and get someone privately. My dad did as advised he did not have WiFi connection at hone so he waited to get the connection. When the TV was installed they discovered that TV does not work, it would not switch on. He then took it back to the store where he was told that the sales person that assisted him was on suspension and therefore he could not be assisted. The people that assisted were rude and wanted nothing to do with his query. When he asked what the salesman was suspended for they did not say, as he suspected that the TV was not in good condition in thefirst place because the salesman insisted he take the TV immediately and hire someone privately for connecting the TV. They went in to say it wa his own negligence that the TV did not work he tried to explain what the salesman advised he was dismissed and told a technician would come to his house for inspection. The technician came a few days later and said my dad has to pay R9250 for the TV to be fixed. What exactly is the procedure when buying a TV @ Makro stores and the customer service towards a customer who had paid for a product in full and mislead by your staff is appoling. Taking advantage of an elderly person in that manner is disgusting. My sisters have tried your customer care line which has no care and no professionism. There are no direct lines listed for your Head Offices which can only be done by an organisation with something to hide. This is not a first of bad experiences with Makro I've had to cancel my order because of delay. I placed an order woth Game store and got my order in 3 days. I've products replaced by Game stores which were faulty the customer service is applauseable. I am still on a mission to either replace or refund my dad's money.
