Pending refund from Makro - 5 weeks overdue

I purchased a desk with Makro Online, after 3 weeks I was told the supplier has no stock. I am waiting for my refund from Aug 25th, today is October 7th. They are contravening their own refunds policy and the atrocious feedback I am getting when calling the call center. Pathetic customer service with lack of communication.
