I'm still waiting for a full refund for an order cancelled early January. The finance team clearly doesn't know what they are doing because they can't even do a proper refund on an invoice.

Who came up with their part-delivery and refund process, it's *******...

I'm sick and tired of calling the call center who cannot do much but send an email to the so-called "finance team".
