PE branch, bad service!

Went to Makro, to the Vodacom desk, wanting an upgrade, we are told they are on lunch we must wait. Only 1 person that works there, and they are on lunch, How do you run your store? we waited 40 Minutes, yes 40 Minutes before this person returned, I asked for a store manager, to be told, it was their last day, they are not instore and resigned. Then the Lady from Vodacom tells me, sorry we don't do Vodacom deals, only makro deals, so I cannot get the upgrade I wanted as they cannot do the phone on the package I want, only Vodacom can. is this then not a Vodacom kiosk?? Also, I wanted to get an tech addon, an Xbox, she says sorry Makro does NOT do tech addons so she cannot assist, almost 1 hour for NOTHING
