PB WIESE

I am very unhappy with my Makro Credit Card with how they handle my ***** case which I reported on the 7th August 2019 by email,with all the necessary documents, on which I did not get a reply!!! On the 4th August 2019 I received an sms stating that I purchased goods, which I did not as I was at home that time. On the 3rd of September 2019 I made a purchase at Makro, and received a sms that I still have credit available. On 22 Sept 2019 made a purchase and then it was DECLINED........ what an embarrassment!!!! I made a further payment and my account is still not credited for the ***** amount!. FOR HEAVENS SAKE WHAT A MESS...........RECTIFY MY ACCOUNT AS A MATTER OF URGENCY........MAKRO WAKE UP!!! THIS IS NOW LONG OVERDUE!!!!!
