Payment went off , order still saying awaiting payment.

I bought groceries online, money went off but I never showed that my order was successfully processed, when I check now it is still saying awaiting payment, I have called and sent emails but there is never a reply from makro, it’s so frustrating and exhausting, your customer service is none existent.
