Payment not allocated
I have contacted Makro regarding payment made on 30th Oct 2024 and not allocated yet by the accounts teams. I have emailed my proof of payment, spoke to the 2 IC and require urgent feedback as this is affecting my credit rating. I cannot be charged additional Interest due to this error from your side.

11 Nov 2024, 19:08I have now received a letter demanding payment today. I spoke to a consultant named Bradwin and a 2ic Sasha Lee today and was promised your error won't affect my profile. Sasha Lee has not even confirmed receipt of my email even after stating this telephonically.

I have now received a letter demanding payment today. I spoke to a consultant named Bradwin and a 2ic Sasha Lee today and was promised your error won't affect my profile. Sasha Lee has not even confirmed receipt of my email even after stating this telephonically.
