Payment no delivery

Hi

I purchase a Hisense 299 Combi Fridge/ Freezer with water dispenser at Makro in Mantague Gardens on the 09th of February. I did an eft payment included in the amount was delivery fee. I paid using a quote that was prepared at the store I haven't received my delivery, I emailed the sales manager Thursday the 15th of February but I didn't receive any response. I'm a first time Makro customer, this is not inspiring me to purchase anything else from the store. Can someone let me know what is happening.
