Payment made yet no fridge

Purchased a fridge online paid through my banking app received proof of payment but no confirmation from the makro website ,I then called them and they asked for proof of payment which I submitted ,it's been 2 weeks and overtime I call them they give me completely different stories and I get promises of call backs yet received nothing
