payment made, but no goods delivered

I bought 3 x 24 Toilet paper on the Black Friday special 27th November 2022. To this day I have not received it. I have sent numerous emails and spoken to the customer consultant twice - 19th December and 28th December 2022. I was assured both times that they would get back to me within 24 hours, which has not happened! They have my money and yet have not delivered. I want my money back!!
