Payment but no delivery of the order

I want urge people of South Africa to be warned about Makro in particular their online store that take your money and does not deliver irrespective of calling them to check why your order is not coming. I bought a fridge on the 15th Oct 2025, for almost 10k till to date it hasn't be delivered. When you call, they tell you the matter is escalated, when you email there's all sorts of excuses and they still don't tell you when you can get your order in the meantime your money is generating interest in their bank account. People should not purchase from online, as they sell you something they don't even have
