payment break over December what a joke

So in December i got a sms from Makro/RCS saying that they offering a payment break over the festive period and will not be deducting via debit order i was fine so i left it. Now this morning i get a threatening call saying " you didn't make payment and you need to make payment tomorrow" now as far as i know I've never asked Makro not to deduct from my account , you took the liberty not to debit my account as you were there whole of 2017.

If this is the way you chose to conduct business its not advisable you offer payment breaks to people and ask double like people didn't or forgot to pay you. I'm really not impressed at all
