Payment

Makro, my Makro credit was cloned, I have logged a dispute on the on the 13th April 2022. I was informed payment must be done manually my debit order was stopped My monthly Makro payment was usually 500.00 to 600.00 The ******* that cloned my account maxed my limit and my account went over the limit I stared getting messages my Makro account is must be paid and is over the limit, I received a SMS message on the 3rd of May2022 my monthly payment is 523.00, which was paid at Pick and Pay. I am daily harassed by Makro phoning me my account is not paid, and at the same flippen time get a SMS my monthly payment is now due for the amount of 1053.00 I get daily harassed, Makro it is not my fault my account was maxed, I am till waiting for the All ***** dispute to be sorted out they also taking their time I had enough of Makro harassing me, my account for 10 years was always paid up to date, and you are welcome to contact me if you have experienced the same problem
