Paying for groceries, receiving nothing. Not even an update.

For the first time i decided to do an online purchase at Makro. Groceries, Utensils, Appliances was on my list. The order got split into 9 parts for delivery and according to the mails i received from Makro, my groceries would've been delivered on 02/12/2024. I've received all other parts of my delivery except for the Groceries. I've received 9 sets of packages. I've tried contacting Makro to find out what's going on as i am now struggling with no groceries in my house. They ignore emails i send to them and phoning doesn't work either. The groceries that have not been delivered totals nearly R3800.00 The tracker just always states the order is enroute and can't be changed. Multiple items has already been cancelled on the order from their side stating a shortage of stock, The "refund" is less than the price paid and the rest can't be refunded because it's been "Packed". 11 days has passed since the delivery date and i have note yet received my groceries.
