Paying for a problem I dind't create
on 03/11/2015 called Makro requesting a settlement amount for my account, which i paid on hour later. come month end i receive a statement stating i now owe R659.51. called again inquire about this balance and was told i made a purchase which there was a problem with and was liable for it. how is it a purchase made 9 days earlier is not showing and no one made me aware there was a problem on my account. only after i settled the account does the \problem"appear and i should pay for a problem i never created or was made aware off? never shall i set foot in a masstores again or will have to pay for some \""problem\"""""
