Pay your loan and still get reported by Makro and RCS
So.. I have a Loan with Makro/ RCS and a credit card, never used the credit card before and my loan i pay every month never skipped one installment. I checked my credit report and it shows that i am 6 months in arrears? Is this how you treat customers, you report them to Experian or Transunion, the client that never skipped one installment. I want this FIXED from your side.
