PAY BACK THE MONEY MAKRO

I made an online purchase on 29 July 2023, Makro Alberton did not have some items I've ordered, On 1 August 2023, I received a call from Makro Alberton to come collect my order, I asked the gentleman that called, why when I order items online they have stock and always fail to deliver full items ordered, I never received a satisfactory answer to my question, I requested for that order to be canceled and ordered a new order from a different Makro store that had stock. While sitting at home I received an email saying order collected by customer at Alberton Makro. I called the call center and they confirmed that the order was collected by the customer, I then told the agent I spoke to that I'm at home and never went to pickup the order instead, I've requested cancellation and refund due to unavailable stock, he then promised to contact the store and will call me back with feedback. After two days I called and no feedback, the following days I've been calling and to date, I'm yet to receive my refund, I'm GATVOL of calling and wasting my airtime calling this store that does not care about its customers, only cares about profits. I have recordings of all calls and emails I've sent and received from Makro.
