Pay back my money(Refund)

On the 10th August I ordered 24 fruit juice online, the couldn't give me my order since they said the online price was incorrect, they will give me refund .I called customer service they told me it will take 5 days ,I went to Makro store I spoke to Nongamso Sobudlula who requested Cornelius to check, they assured me it will be refunded the next day.Even now nothing was refunded, when I sent them email they just ignore. Pathetic service from store to call centre, no wonder its going down.
