PAY BACK MY MONEY (WAITING SINCE 13/02/2025 WITH NO END IN SIGHT)

They DON'T deserve any stars!! I will never buy from them again! They took my money 13/02/2025 and I'm still struggling to get it back! I have reported to Consumer Goods & Services Ombud, who advised that they get daily complaints! All I want is JUST PAY BACK MY MONEY!
