Pay Back my money

Makro, please pay back my money. I purchased a Defy washing machine online which was defective. It took 2 weeks before the machine was collected, it was returned within a month of purchase and Defy has sent a report and advised a refund needs to be given. I have spent the last two days on the phone trying to get my money back but to no avail. No managers are available at your call center and the Montague Gardens store does not answer calls. I have never experienced such disregard for someone's hard earned money.
