Pay back my money

I have ordered some products online from Makro on 13 August 2024. A few days later they informed me that they have cancelled my order because they do not have the stock available and will pay back my money. Until today I have not received any money from Makro. I contacted them about 5 times, emailed two bank conformation letters to Makro as requested. With every followup call they tell me that my complaint is with finance, and that they will call me back the same day. I have never received a call from them.
