PATHETIC - worst customer service ever

Pathetic service - ordered a dishwasher online - after taking a week longer than promised to deliver (NO explanation why) - they delivered a USED PRODUCT!!! HOW can a dishwasher be dented and WET INSIDE???? The styrofoam it was wrapped in was held together by a wooden plank that has been taped on... I'm DISGUSTED that they think their customers are SO stupid! Logged a return, wit NO help from the call center... waiting to see what happens next.
