Pathetic terrible service from the online department

Terrible service from the online department. I ordered a washing machine online that clearly states it will be delivered in 2-5 days I got worried when I hadn't received any sms or feedback regarding this order or delivery. I made contact with them 4 days later and the order wasn't packed or even sent out to the courier. They told me they will get it ready for me so I can collect it myself from their Alberton store. I received the sms telling me its ready and to come collect. I drove all the way to the Alberton store and still waited for over an hour because the order was still not ready. When then order was finally ready it didn't have the other products it's advertised to come free with. The staff claims they don't know about the free Sunlight products I purchased the washing machine with and I've been waiting even longer while they refund me and redo the order when even my receip and all correspondence clearly states it comes with Sunlight products. Totally regretting buying from these people and having my time wasted like this.
